The best way to get into your feminine energy is to get out of your head (masculine) and into your body 🧘🏻‍♀️ yoga is my practice of choice but sometimes it’s dancing around my living room (to @theweeknd ) obviously 🙄 ... or taking a bubble bath and being present with relaxing my body. It could be going for a walk or anything other movement that is gentle and bringing awareness back to myself. Creating a routine daily to balance the 2 energies is key!

This space has already become a second home to me 🤩💖 for the future I’ll be hosting all my regular intimate workshops here 🥰 will you be joining me?

Jungle baby 🌿🍃 with my upcoming seminar on December 15th - I’ve been truly practicing what I preach. Balancing feminine and masculine energy isn’t about being “girly” or “manly” - it’s about awareness, trust and allowing yourself to flow with life and knowing when to take action and how. I have been open before about getting out of flow with my feminine and how it disconnects me from love. So last week it was an URGENT time to get back into the flow 🦋- for me: being one with nature, gracefully accepting self is what brings me joy 💖🤩😍 recharging is key to balancing my energies so that I am able to connect back with love. I am soooo excited to share how and why it is important to tap into these energies and how you can transform your relationships with these practices 🙏🏼🥰

Awareness is the most important part of progression. I ask myself not just about life but in my relationships on my weekly check in’s- am I adding value to this relationship? Am I supporting this person in a loving way? Is this relationship a good fit for me right now? How can I improve this? Awareness is about ownership. Taking full responsibility of your life and love is being accountable for where it is now. You have the power to transform any situation - good can get better and bad and get good. You decide! 💖💖💖
